Eeki Elner is regarded as Israel’s pioneer in leadership training in the business and social world. After a career of twenty years, serving in corporate development, strategy and marketing planning, then as an advisor to two Israeli cabinet members – Elner founded The Israel Leadership Institute.
A non-profit educational organization, the ILI offers the most unique leadership training approach both in Israel and the world. An approach that Elner shares in workshops and most renown leadership training conferences and retreats, alongside experts such as Dr. John Maxwell, Dr. Sanford Kulkin, entrepreneur Theresa Gregory and others.
Elner’s Training Philosophy: “There is no substitute to learning more about yourself, acquiring knowledge and wisdom, practicing new skills, and developing more of your personal potential for greatness. Critical to one’s professional progress and personal success is building one’s own leadership awareness – that is absolutely essential to long-term achievements and satisfaction”.
